Tournament Headquarters: Tournament headquarters is at Mountain Valley Park. Located at this site will be Saturday team check-in and amenities including soccer equipment, & snacks. Life line ambulance will be on stand-by and in the park area when available.

Check In: Each team must do a pre-tournament check in and pre-game check in.

- One member of each team with player passes, medical releases, loan papers and rosters (if not entered in gotsoccer).

Pre-Game Check In:
- Each team (all players and coach) must check in at the field with the Field Marshal dressed to play.
- Teams should check in no later than 30 minutes prior to the match.

Entry Fee: $295 - U7-8, $395 - U9-11, $475 - U12+

Eligible Teams: Developmental and Competitive Teams - Open to all AYSA, USSF, AYSO, USYSA and US Club soccer teams in good-standing with appropriate registration forms and player passes (subject to disclaimer below).

In the event of the tournament, event, or division cancellation due to acts of God, inclement weather or other reasons beyond the control of AzSoccerEvents, entry fees will be forfeited. Any team which drops out of the tournament after the deadline will forfeit its entry fee. All out-of-county and out-of-state teams will check-in one hour prior to their first game at tournament headquarters. As host of the Yavapai Cup tournament, Yavapai Soccer and AzSoccerEvents reserve the right to deny the application from any team or Club.

The Yavapai Cup youth soccer tournament requires all teams that participate in the tournament to abide by the following rule regarding grievances in addition to abiding by the standard tournament rules and regulations. All clubs, teams, coaches, players, and officials that participate in the Yavapai Cup tournament must abide by the Arizona Youth Soccer Association (AYSA) grievance procedure as specified by Part VII of the AYSA Bylaws regarding any conflict, dispute, infraction, legal issue, etc. related to the tournament (http://www.azyouthsoccer.org/assets/pdfs/AYSA_Bylaws_2011-12.pdf). Specifically, in accordance with AYSA Bylaw 707, no participant may invoke the aid of the courts of the United States or of a state without first exhausting all available remedies within the appropriate soccer organizations, and as provided within AYSA.

*The Yavapai Cup tournament has been held annually for many years, well into the 1990's. Thus, this year's tournament is at least the 19th annual. The search is currently underway for more information & documentation of the tournament history to revise its annual number and provide historical information on this website. Please watch this space.
