About Yavapai Soccer

Yavapai Soccer is a non-profit, volunteer organization which strives to provide quality soccer programs to youth ages 3 to 18 from Prescott Valley to Prescott to Chino Valley to Cordes Junction. Yavapai is a member of the Arizona Youth Soccer Association (AYSA) and the U.S. Youth Soccer Association which is the largest member of the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF).  All games are played according to FIFA rules, or by modified rules adopted by the USYSA for small-sided games.

Our youth programs include the fall recreation season (September - November) played in Prescott Valley, select competitive teams which play year-round in the local area and travel to tournaments in Arizona and neighboring states, the training academy, and the Yavapai Cup and 3 v 3 tournaments held in the Prescott Valley area in the spring and summer.

Yavapai stresses the education of coaches in the sport of soccer, as well as the building of a knowledgeable and qualified referee pool. To accomplish this, Yavapai offers low-cost coach training clinics through the State Association, and referee certification and re-certification courses. Yavapai Soccer will continue its commitment to providing quality coaches and referees so that our children's soccer experience can be the best it can be.
